Is it the vibe, the blend of coffee, the smile, the food, the social media marketing or that something else?
I was recently visiting my daughter in Titirangi (where roosters run free), there I enjoyed a refreshing approach to keep you going back. It was the very presentable barista in his local cafe – Park Road Kitchen offering more than that gratifying cup of coffee to lure the customers back. A Singing Mettlesome Barista! Not sure if this was the reason for this cafe being busy through the day, every day, but I really enjoyed this happy place and was keen to return the next day to have the pleasure of being served with song and vigor.
Another draw card was the smooth blend ‘Velvet’ coffee. The final sip allowing the full coffee flavour to linger, hankering for another. Is it that lingering taste of a good blend that becomes an asset?
Oh my, but it could be ‘oh favourite’ savoury scone puffed up with cheese and veges, or some other delight. Be it gluten free or not, but one that is good value for money, the very reason that gets us walking back into a specific cafe time and again!
